Join us for an all-inclusive retreat in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica that combines dance, yoga, and breathwork to encourage you to move fully, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Throughout the week, we’ll balance energizing, expansive movement with grounding, restorative practices so you can energize your spirit and clear your mind. Through a variety of movement modalities, we’ll explore effort and ease, activation and presence. Some moments will be playful and powerful. Other moments will be quiet and reflective. Both energies are central to the experience. Set in the wild & vibrant Nosara, where the jungle meets the sea, our days unfold with intention and magic. We move, sweat, laugh, release, and listen, creating space for clarity to rise naturally. This retreat is for women who crave both depth and joy, and who want to reconnect with themselves through movement, presence, and shared experience.

DANCE & YOGA
Nika is the founder and creative director of NK STUDIOS. A White Salmon native, Nika learned to dance and paint in the very community that houses NK STUDIOS. Influenced by her Persian heritage, she grew up dancing with her family. She danced at Columbia Gorge Dance Academy and later for the Trojan Dance Force at the University of Southern California. Drawing from her Persian background, life-long dance education, performance experience, and years of instructing, she creates dance classes & choreography that energize and inspire, teaching at studios locally and abroad for over a decade. She has an undeniable charisma and approachable style that has attracted all ages and skill levels to her classes. Nika is excited to share her passion for dance and movement with you in a location that can be described as none other than her geographic soulmate.

Brandi is a passionate dance fitness instructor with a contagious love for movement and a deep connection to the transformative power of dance. With over a decade of dance experience, she has dedicated herself to creating uplifting experiences that empower women to embrace their inner strength and reconnect with their true selves.
As a mother and movement enthusiast, Brandi understands the importance of self care and nervous system balance. She believes dance is a universal language that unites, uplifts, and inspires, and that breath is the thread that connects us back to ourselves.

Casas Kismet is a stunning boutique sanctuary tucked in the jungle, overlooking the Nosara coastline, and just a 15 minute walk from the beach. It offers serene and comfortable accommodations with a variety of air-conditioned rooms, a pool, cold plunge, outdoor yoga shala, fitness room, WiFi, pool bar, and more. We picked this retreat center for it’s proximity to the beach, privacy, beautiful ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. We will have the entire place to ourselves as home base for the week. Both nutritious and divine, the food at Casas Kismet will be one of the highlights of your MVMT MAGIC experience. You will leave feeling vibrant. The in-house chef blends Costa Rican flavors with fresh, locally sourced and mostly organic ingredients prepared with exceptional attention to detail. Meals are crafted without seed oils and feature house-made dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. The three daily meals will support your physical and mental well-being all week long and the private chef can accommodate a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy free as well as with food allergies.

Included in your retreat is a private catamaran adventure. Think ocean swims, boat deck dance parties, salty hair, the tease of potential dolphin sightings, sunshine, music, and laughter. This year it is officially included. An unforgettable afternoon at sea with our retreat family, sailing the coastline and experiencing Nosara from a completely different perspective. Joy, beauty, freedom, shared laughter, music, and dancing under the sun. It quickly became a favorite memory for so many of us and we cannot wait to do it again.
TRANSPORTation: FLIGHTS & SHUTTLES
Your transportation to and from the Casas Kisment is not included in the cost of the retreat. We recommend flying into Liberia airport (LIR) and then taking the short domestic flight, usually around $150 each way, to Nosara. We will help coordinate if you’d like to take the 2.5 hour shuttle ride from Liberia airport (LIR) to the retreat center instead, though please note that you may experience some bumpy roads during your ride which is common in Costa Rica. The retreat begins at 5pm on January 16th and ends after breakfast on January 23rd.

We have 23 total spots available and all rates are per person in USD. The early bird pricing below reflects a 10% savings and will be available exclusively to our early bird list beginning Saturday, March 21st at 9:00 amPST through this password protected page. Early bird pricing will remain available for two weeks before increasing to full price when registration opens to the public on Saturday, April 4, 2026. To reserve your place, a $750 non-refundable deposit is required. After your deposit is received, you will be sent a link to complete the remaining balance anytime before September 1, 2026. Due to hotel payment policies, both the $750 deposit and the remaining balance are non-refundable with no exceptions.
