This is a big, fun, juicy yoga class, ideal for people who want to get moving. It's a great class for people with a background or experience in dance, because it's an active class, but achievable for those without previous yoga experience. It's also a great class for experienced yoga practitioners, who want to practice a dynamic flow. This class provides options to everyone, breaking down postures so you can feel what should be happening in your body, and helping you achieve a practice that is right for you.

These classes focus on building strength and flexibility while working with your unique body. This class is a compliment to another type of movement practice, building strength, stability, and progress for common issues in dance (i.e. improving posture by building core strength and shoulder opening, increasing range of movement to improve turnout, building balance and strength to prevent common injuries). The class flows to music and is reminiscent of a dance class. If you're not a dancer, don't worry - this is a yoga class first and foremost. Never danced or tried yoga before? You're still welcome - options will be offered and poses will be broken down.

Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
