DANCE & Yoga
Nika is the founder and creative director of NK STUDIOS. A White Salmon native, Nika learned to dance and paint in the very community that houses NK STUDIOS. Influenced by her Persian heritage, she grew up dancing with her family. She danced at Columbia Gorge Dance Academy and later for the Trojan Dance Force at the University of Southern California. Drawing from her Persian background, life-long dance education, performance experience, and years of instructing, she creates dance classes and choreography that energize and inspire, teaching at studios locally and abroad for over a decade. She has an undeniable charisma and approachable style that has attracted all ages and skill levels to her classes. Nika is excited to share her passion for dance and movement with you in a location that can be described as none other than her geographic soulmate.

Brandi is a passionate dance fitness instructor with a contagious love for movement and a deep connection to the transformative power of dance. With over a decade of dance experience, Brandi has dedicated herself to creating uplifting experiences that empower individuals to embrace their inner strength and reconnect with their true selves.
Inspired by the magical energy and captivating rhythm of Nosara, Costa Rica, Brandi's journey led her to this vibrant paradise over a year ago. It was here that she discovered a deeper sense of self and a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of movement and personal growth. Brandi's classes are a testament to this powerful connection, artfully blending high-energy dance fitness with mindfulness practices that invigorate the body and nourish the soul.
As a mother and movement enthusiast, Brandi understands the importance of self-care and personal connection. She believes that dance is a universal language that unites, uplifts, and inspires. She strives to create spaces for participants to explore their potential, release limitations, and cultivate a renewed sense of joy and purpose.

Casas Kismet is a stunning boutique sanctuary tucked away in the jungle, overlooking the Nosara coastline, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It offers serene and comfortable accommodations with a variety of modern, air-conditioned rooms, a pool, cold plunge, outdoor yoga shala, fitness room, WiFi, pool bar, and more. We picked this retreat center for it’s proximity to the beach, beautiful ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. We will have the entire place to ourselves as home base, a place for rest & rejuvenation for the week.

Casa Kismet’s in-house chef combines the local cuisine of Costa Rica with fresh, locally sourced, and mostly organic food. Our meals are delicious, healthy, and nourishing to support physical and mental well-being of each guest. Our private chef can accommodate a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy free along with food allergies. Tasty meals, that are both nutritious and wholesome, revitalize the body and will be one of the highlights of your MVMT MAGIC experience. You will leave feeling vibrant.
FLIGHTS & SHUTTLES
Your approximately 2.5 hour shuttle rides, to and from Liberia airport (LIR) are included on your day of travel! Flights are on you. Shuttles from the Liberia airport begin at 9:00am on Saturday, January 10th and return to LIR after breakfast on Saturday, January 17th. Shuttles are shared with other retreat attendees based on flight arrival and departure times. Please note that you may experience some bumpy roads during the shuttle ride, which is common in the region.
PRICING
We have 22 total spots available. Rates are per person in USD. The early bird cost you see below is reduced 10%. Registration will open on Saturday 2/22 at 9:00amPST to our early bird list only (password protected). This reduced price will increase to full price Saturday, March 1st, 2025 and go public at this time. To reserve your spot, a $750 non-refundable deposit is required. A link to pay the remaining balance will be sent to you following your $750 deposit and can be paid anytime before September 1st, 2025. Due to hotel payment policies, both the $750 deposit & subsequent full payment are non-refundable with no exceptions.
ROOM OPTIONS
Casas Kismet offers a variety of room options, including private and shared rooms with stunning ocean and sunset views. You will have your own bed in any of these room configurations. For those interested in a fun and comfortable sleepover-style experience, Casas Kismet provides shared rooms. These rooms are perfect for forming bonds and making lasting memories during this all-women's retreat. Please note the two single occupancy rooms share a bathroom. Furthermore, all rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you sign up, the better chance you have of securing one of the best rooms available, though all their rooms are splendid.
